Hard Work Pays Off

Rudy V. worked hard with Restorative Nursing and Physical Therapy to gain to strength and balance so he would be a candidate for a new leg prosthesis. He reached every goal he set. The first time he tried his leg on, not only did he stand independently, but he walked!! Rudy’s huge grin tells how thrilled he is with his new leg. He is continuing to work with Physical Therapy to be stronger and safer to walk independently. His goal is to have a dance party to celebrate his new leg! Congrats Rudy!
